Yesterday fine snow started to fall at the end of the afternoon, which soon progressed to heavy fluffy flakes. It continued on into the evening, then stopped for the rest of the night.
The morning came and snow was still present everywhere. Pale wintry sun tinted the snow as it gently rose above the horizon.
