2nd May 09: Bluebells are breaking out more and more. Ferns unfurl looking much like an animal awakening from the long winter sleep.
Two Goldfinches bounce from one light twig to another along the top of the hedge, too fast to get a shot of them.
Ferns unfurl in the hedges.
